1. Home
On arrival, the customer must report to reception with a paper or digital copy of their reservation and an identity document in the name of the reservation.

In high season, the reception is open from 9 am to 8 pm, the rest of the year from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.


2. Check-in / Check-out
Arrival: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

In case of late arrival, you must inform the reception so that we can tell you the procedure to follow. If the reception has not been informed of your arrival outside opening hours, the campsite may automatically cancel your reservation.
No key will be handed over without: full payment for the stay, tourist tax paid, proof of identity and a deposit.

Departure: before 10 a.m.
In the event of late return of the mobile home, €15 will be charged for each additional 30 minutes (which may be deducted from the deposit)

If you wish to arrive before 3 p.m. or leave after 10 a.m., contact the reception to check the possibility and the price of this supplement.

3. Reception / Payment of the stay
The amount of the stays is settled at the latest on the day of your arrival and before taking possession of the rental or the pitch. Upon receipt of your reservation request, the campsite will register the payment of the deposit. The receipt of the deposit implies acceptance of the reservation. The amount of the deposit must correspond to at least 10% of the total amount of the reservation or to the selected offer (in this case refer to the conditions of the reservation).

Any reservation request made less than 1 day before the scheduled arrival date must be accompanied by full payment for the reserved stay.

The campsite reserves the right to refuse a reservation. Any reservation will be considered final only after written confirmation from us.

4. Cancellation and early departure
Depending on the offer selected, refer to the cancellation conditions of the chosen offer (refundable on D-1, non-refundable or refundable on D-7).

Except in the following cases where the deposit will be refunded:
- The death of the applicant, of a direct ascendant or descendant (provide the death certificate or official document showing the relationship),
- A disease altering the state of health of the applicant (provide medical certificate),
- The hospitalization of the applicant (provide certificate of hospitalization),
- A professional transfer (provide certificate from the employer)

Cancellation due to the campsite:
Only in case of force majeure, in this case the campsite will reimburse the entire stay.


In the event of early departure, or expulsion for non-compliance with the internal regulations, no refund will be made.

5. Security deposit
For rentals: A deposit in the amount of €200 (€300 for Tribu VIP, €400 for Tribu VIP Experience) will be paid by the customer on the day of arrival, by credit card only.
For pitches:
A deposit of €15 will be required to obtain an access card to the sanitary facilities, only by credit card.


This is returned when the tenant leaves or within a maximum period of 7 days after the inventory, subject to deductions for any shortcomings, damage observed or a flat-rate cleaning service of at least €80 in the event that the latter does not would not have been carried out or would be insufficient or to compensate the campsite for damage caused by its fault (noise pollution, dog excrement, waste, etc.)

Any indication or complaint on the condition of the mobile home must be made on arrival, no complaint will be accepted within 24 hours of arrival.

6. Damages and Injuries
The equipment and facilities of the campsite must be used in accordance with their ordinary destination. The tenant client in title of the rental accommodation or the pitch is personally responsible for all damage, loss, degradation or deterioration caused by him to the rental accommodation, the pitch and the common facilities of the campsite. or persons staying with or visiting him.
The tenant is also responsible for any nuisance he may cause to the campsite and its customers.
He must be insured for Civil Liability; the security deposit (deposit) does not constitute a limit of liability.

7. People
The maximum number of people authorized to stay on camping-caravan sites is six. The number of people authorized to stay in rental accommodation is specified in each price list concerned (from 1 to 6 people). No visitors are allowed, except with the written agreement of the reception.

8. Vehicle
Only one vehicle per site is authorized, the other vehicles must remain parked in the car park at the entrance to the site.
A supplement will be requested in the event of an exceptional exemption granted by the campsite management.

9. Barbeque
Authorized subject to compliance with safety rules and the use of CE standard equipment. Under no circumstances may the barbecue be used in or near the mobile home, on or near the terrace.

10. Animals
Animals are authorized with supplement on the campsite with the exception of categories 1 and 2. A maximum of 2 animals is authorized on pitches or rentals. They must imperatively be kept on a leash and be up to date with their vaccinations. The vaccination record must be presented on arrival at the campsite.

11. Liability
Beyond its legal liability, ""SAS CAMPING CLUB LE PARC DE PARIS"" is not liable in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, during or following a stay; breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, breakdown or closure of campsite facilities;ad hoc measures taken by the campsite management to limit access to certain facilities required by compliance with safety standards or periodic maintenance work. The campsite expressly reserves the right to modify the design and construction of the campsite. Unless expressly refused, the campsite reserves the right to use the photos of its customers for its advertising media. In the event of a dispute, you can send a written complaint by registered letter with AR to the reception of the establishment. If you are not satisfied with the response provided or in the event of no response, you have the option of contacting a Consumer Mediator within one year from the date of the complaint to . 12. Rules of procedure
Each occupant must respect the rules of procedure, these are displayed at reception and comply with the recommendations of the Fédération de l'hôtellerie de plein-air.
